The La Crosse Wind Symphony is a new regional music performance organization that is only made possible by the donations of its members, local businesses and listeners like yourself. The La Crosse Wind Symphony partners with LCNI for financial purposes. The La Crosse Neighborhoods, Inc. (LCNI) is a 501(c)3 tax exempt non-profit corporation to advocate for initiatives and programs that protect, preserve and improve all of the neighborhoods in the La Crosse area for all of the residents.
